Controller and provider

What we provide

MONTIQ is an online system for managing jobs, scheduling, time tracking, stock, cash, invoices and service for installation and service companies. We provide it as an internet service; nothing is installed on your server.

Account and users

The service is ordered by a company. The company is responsible for the users it adds and for their access credentials. Every user has their own login and password, which must not be shared.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros excluding VAT and are charged per month. The price depends on the chosen plan and the number of users. With yearly payment you pay for 10 months out of 12. We issue the invoice in advance for the chosen period.

Term and termination

The contract is concluded for an indefinite period with no lock-in. You may end the service at the end of the paid period. The plan can be changed at any time, effective from the next period.

Your data

The data you enter into the system belongs to you. You can export it at any time, and we will delete it on request after the service ends.

Permitted use

You may use the service only for your own business and in compliance with the law. It is forbidden to copy the system, reverse engineer it, bypass its security, make it available to third parties without our consent or use it to build a competing product.

Copyright

MONTIQ, its name, logo, look and feel, source code and texts are protected by copyright and belong to SOFT-PRODUCT spol. s r.o. All rights reserved. By using the service you obtain only the right to use the service.

Availability and liability

We strive to keep the service running continuously, but short interruptions for maintenance cannot be excluded. Liability for damage is limited to the amount of fees paid over the last 12 months, unless the law provides otherwise. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

Personal data in the system

If you enter personal data (of employees, customers) into the system, we act as the processor in relation to it and conclude a data processing agreement with the customer.

Governing law

The contractual relationship is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.
