What data we process and why
When you fill in the "Book a demo" form, we process your name, company name, e-mail, the trade you selected, the size of your company and the message you write. We use them only to reply to you and arrange a demonstration of MONTIQ. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
How long we keep the data
We keep an enquiry for at most 12 months after it has been handled. If you become a customer, the data moves into the contractual relationship and is governed by the terms of service.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies, no visitor analytics and no advertising tracking, so it does not need cookie consent. The hosting provider may briefly keep access logs (for example the IP address) for technical and security reasons.
Who receives the data
The data is processed only by persons authorised by us and by the hosting provider, which processes it on our behalf. We do not sell the data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, the right to object and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Just write to office@montiq.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
Customer data in the application
Data that a company enters into the MONTIQ application (employees, customers, jobs) is processed by us as a processor on behalf of that company under a data processing agreement.

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
